John started life in the technical area of the Office Automation industry and learnt firsthand how to maintain and repair Copiers, Printes and PCs in Sydney in the early 2000’s. Graduating through the ranks John became technical service manager for Danka in WA and had responsibility for growing client satisfaction in the product. Through this journey John realized that matching client needs to the correct solution provided a long-term benefit to the client’s business processes and reduced time and headaches.
John joined the team at PrintSync in 2018 as an area sales manager and used his experience to embed high value solutions into mining clients that resulted in improved processes, particularly around logistics, servicing, and uptime of devices. Through the PrintSync/CSG acquisition by Fujifilm (Then Fuji Xerox) John became Fujifilm Corporate business manager and grew the corporate business in WA by 200% in his tenure. The Demerger of Fujifilm into DXBI saw John continue his association with the team and he now matches Fujifilm product with the dynamism and responsiveness that a local, well-resourced business such as DXBI can provide.
