When thinking of the perfect Service Manager who is knowledgeable, hardworking, even tempered and process driven Roland stands put immediately. A long career starting in the 1980’s in London and moving to WA to head up Canon service team Roland joined the team in 2016 through the CSG acquisition of PrintSync.
Moving through into the Fuji acquisition in 2020 Roland went into the mining industry as technical manager of a remote diagnostics system for automated vehicles. Being asked to get the band back together in late 2023 Roland didn’t hesitate and gave his reason to rejoin as “I missed my customers!”
Roland’s vast experience coupled with a naturally curious mind and great problem solving abilities is the perfect combination to undertake the maintenance of customer fleets for DXBI
